The trademarks REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and the REALTOR® logo are controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.

The articles, videos, guides, checklists and answers on this website are general information about buying, selling and owning a home. They are not legal, financial, tax, mortgage or other professional advice, and they may not suit your situation.

Real estate markets change quickly. We work to keep this website accurate and current, but we cannot promise that everything on it is complete, correct or up to date. Please speak with us, or with a qualified professional, before you make a decision.

Visiting this website, downloading a guide, or sending us a form does not create a client or agency relationship with us or with our brokerage. That relationship begins only when you and we agree to it in writing.

Our online home analysis and our in-person home evaluation are free and come with no obligation. Each one is our professional opinion of what a property may be worth, based on the information you give us and on market data available at the time.

• It is not a formal appraisal, and it should not be relied on for lending, insurance, tax or legal purposes.
• It is not a guarantee of the price a property will sell for.
• Its accuracy depends on the information you provide. The online home analysis is prepared without us seeing the property.
• Market conditions change, so an opinion of value becomes less reliable as time passes.

We may decline a request, for example where a property is outside the area we serve.

Offering a $250 referral fee upon closing if you refer to us. Referral fees are paid only on completed transactions that successfully close. One referral fee is paid per transaction. The referred client must not already be actively working with our team.

When you refer someone, please make sure they know you are sharing their details and are happy to hear from us. Referral fees are paid only where permitted by law and by the rules of our brokerage.

The guides and checklists on this website are free to download for your own personal use. You may share them with friends and family as they are. You may not sell them, change them, remove our names or branding, or present them as your own work.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and YouTube's terms apply when you watch them.

Some tools we link to are provided by other companies. These include the home value tool, Nosey Neighbour, the listings search and the Home Locator App. They open in a new tab and are governed by their providers' own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control those services. Listing details, prices and estimates shown in them come from third parties and may contain errors or be out of date. Please confirm any detail that matters to you with us directly.

From time to time we run giveaways, usually on our Facebook page. Each one has its own rules, which are posted with it. Our giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Meta.

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• send us information that is false or that belongs to someone else without their permission
• use the forms to send spam or automated submissions
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website
• copy or scrape the website's content in bulk

The text, design, graphics, guides and videos on this website belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. RE/MAX and its balloon logo are trademarks of their owner. Except as these terms allow, you may not reproduce our content without our written permission.
